Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing Toner is an iconic worldwide bestseller of ACWELL. This hydrating cleansing toner not only removes stubborn makeup and impurities thoroughly but helps pore tightening while giving an ultra moist and supple finish.
Formulated to low pH 5.5 to retain the skin barrier without causing any dryness.
Infused with 10% licorice water, a natural herbal plant that has been used long time as one of remedies in Korean history, giving the excellent ability of skin soothing and calming. A blend of licorice water, guava leaves, rose and green tea extract nourishes and moisturises the skin deeply.
